Welding process of automobile wiper relay:
PCB type non-plasticized relay is extremely susceptible to contamination by flux. It is recommended to use a flux-resistant or plastic-sealed relay to prevent flux gas from entering from the gap between the leading-out end and the base and the shell. If the flux-resistant relay is preheated and dried (100 ℃ for 1 minute), it can further prevent flux intrusion.
When using flux or automatic welding, be careful not to damage the performance of the automobile wiper relay. Flux-resistant relay or plastic-encapsulated relay can be applied to the immersion welding or wave soldering process, but the welding temperature and time of Z large should be controlled according to the selected automobile relay. There are three main welding methods for automobile relays:
1. Manual welding: the recommended welding temperature is 300 ℃ - 350 ℃, and the welding time is controlled within 2 seconds.
2. Cooling: since the heating of automobile relay caused by soldering process can be relieved by cooling after process Z, do not change the temperature suddenly, especially avoid cold shock on thermal relay.
3. Wave soldering: the recommended welding temperature is 240 ℃~260 ℃, the time is about 5 seconds, and the best welding temperature is 250 ℃.
